കണ്ണൂര്‍ : ഭിന്നശേഷിക്കാരിയായ 13 വയസുള്ള പെൺകുട്ടിയെ ലൈംഗീകമായി പീഡിപ്പിച്ച കേസിൽ യുവാവിന് 19 വർഷം തടവും എൺപത്തിഅയ്യായിരം രൂപ പിഴയും .പയ്യന്നൂർ ഗാന്ധിനഗർ കോളനിയിലെ പള്ളിയത്ത് രതീഷ് നെയാണ് തളിപറമ്പ അതിവേഗ പോക്സോകോടതി ജഡ്ജി ആർ.രാജേഷ് ശിക്ഷിച്ചത്.

2018 ജനുവരി 14ാം തിയ്യതി പ്രതിയുടെ വീട്ടിൽ വെച്ച് പെൺകുട്ടിയെ പീഡിപ്പിക്കുകയായിരുന്നു. വിവിധ വകുപ്പുകൾ പ്രകാരമാണ് ശിക്ഷ വിധിച്ചത്. പയ്യന്നൂർ എസ്.ഐ. കെ.പി.ഷൈൻ ആണ് പ്രതിയെ അറസ്റ്റ് ചെയ്തത്. സി.ഐ എ.പി ആസാദാണ് കേസ് ന്വേഷിച്ച് കുറ്റപത്രം സമർപ്പിച്ചത്. പ്രോസിക്യൂഷന് വേണ്ടി ഷെറി മോൾ ജോസ് ഹാജരായി
