**ആലപ്പുഴ: ** എസ്‌ഡിപിഐ നേതാവ് കെ.എസ്.ഷാൻ കൊല്ലപ്പെട്ട കേസിൽ കുറ്റപത്രം മടക്കണമെന്ന പ്രതിഭാഗം ഹർജിയിൽ 26ന് ആലപ്പുഴ അഡിഷനൽ സെഷൻസ് കോടതി–3 വിധി പറയും.

പ്രതികളുടെ ജാമ്യം റദ്ദാക്കണമെന്ന ഹർജി കോടതി ഫയലിൽ സ്വീകരിച്ചു. 26നു വാദം കേൾക്കും. ജില്ലാ സി ബ്രാഞ്ച് ഡിവൈഎസ്പിയായിരുന്ന കെ.വി.ബെന്നിയാണ് കേസിൽ കുറ്റപത്രം നൽകിയത്.
