** **തങ്ങൾക്കെതിരായ കേസ് കെട്ടിച്ചമച്ചതെന്ന് കേരള സര്‍വകലാശാല കലോത്സവം കോഴക്കേസിൽ പ്രതിചേർക്കപ്പെട്ട അധ്യാപകർ ഹൈക്കോടതിയിൽ. കേസിലെ ഒന്നാം പ്രതി കഴിഞ്ഞ ദിവസം ആത്മഹത്യ ചെയ്തുവെന്നും അതേ അവസ്ഥയിലാണ് തങ്ങളുമെന്ന് ഹർജിക്കാർ മുൻകൂർ ജാമ്യ ഹർജി പരിഗണിക്കവേ കോടതിയെ അറിയിച്ചു.

കസ്റ്റഡിയിൽ ചോദ്യം ചെയ്യേണ്ട സാഹചര്യം ഇല്ലെന്നും ഹർജിക്കാർ വാദിച്ചു. ഹർജിയിൽ സർക്കാരിനോട് കോടതി വിശദീകരണം തേടി. അറസ്റ്റ് തടയണമെന്ന് ആവശ്യം പരിഗണിച്ചില്ല. ഹർജി നാളെ പരിഗണിക്കാൻ മാറ്റി.
