അന്തരിച്ച ഭാവഗായകന്‍ പി.ജയചന്ദ്രന് സ്മരണാഞ്ജലി അര്‍പ്പിച്ച് മലയാളം. മൃതദേഹം രാവിലെ എട്ട് മണിക്ക് ശേഷം തൃശൂരിലെ സ്വകാര്യ ആശുപത്രിയിലെ മോര്‍ച്ചറിയില്‍നിന്ന് പൂങ്കുന്നത്തെ സഹോദരിയുടെ വീട്ടിലെത്തിക്കും.

10 മുതൽ 12 വരെ സം​ഗീത അക്കാദമി ഹാളിൽ പൊതുദർശനമുണ്ടാകും. തിരികെ പൂങ്കുന്നത്തെ വീട്ടിലെത്തിച്ചതിന് ശേഷം നാളെ ജന്മദേശമായ നോര്‍ത്ത് പറവൂരിലെ പാലിയത്തേക്ക് കൊണ്ടുപോകും.

ഇന്നലെ വൈകിട്ട് വീട്ടില്‍ കുഴഞ്ഞു വീണതിന് പിന്നാലെ തൃശൂരിലെ സ്വകാര്യ ആശുപത്രിയില്‍ പ്രവേശിപ്പിച്ചെങ്കിലും ഏഴേമുക്കാലോടെ മരണം സംഭവിക്കുക ആയിരുന്നു
