തലായി ബാലഗോപാലന്‍ ക്ഷേത്രത്തിലേക്ക് പുഷ്പങ്ങള്‍ ശേഖരിക്കുന്നതിനിടയിലാണ് അപകടം. ആദ്യം ജനറല്‍ ആശുപത്രിയില്‍ പ്രവേശിപ്പിച്ചുവെങ്കിലും പരിക്ക് സാരമുള്ളതിനാല്‍ ചാലയിലെ സ്വകാര്യ ആശുപത്രിയില്‍ വെച്ചാണ് മരിച്ചത്.
